He is the Owner Director of JJ Plastalloy Pvt ltd, one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of Masterbatches and Compounds. His company is a Two Star Export House having exports to 35+ countries. They have a diverse range of Masterbatches and Compounds serving practically entire thermoplastic industry.

By qualification Shivam is MBA from MDI Gurgaon and BTech from IIT Delhi. He loves to do swimming and play piano. He is an avid traveller and loves to go around the places.
